About the role

  • This role ensures our outdoor advertisements are accurate, on brand, strategically placed and launched on schedule.

  • Objective Serve as the primary coordinator for the firm's outdoor advertising program by managing billboard operations from concept through installation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed internal billboard maps and tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate placement and visibility of all advertising assets.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure artwork is delivered, installed, and replaced according to schedule.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with outdoor advertising vendors Accountable for Marketing Operations and Department Support.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives, events, sponsorships, and special projects.
  • Maintain organized marketing documentation, project trackers, asset libraries, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets and reports to support marketing initiatives and department operations.
  • Perform additional marketing and administrative support duties as assigned.

  • The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented entry-level Marketing Coordinator to manage our firm's outdoor advertising initiatives.
  • Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience coordinating advertising campaigns, print production, project management, or vendor management preferred.
  • Strong spreadsheet and reporting experience required.
  • Experience working with outdoor advertising, signage, media buying, print vendors, or marketing operations is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar creative software.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors and managing timelines.
  • Ability to review creative assets for accuracy before production.
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-through and accountability.
  • Ability to analyze information and provide strategic recommendations for advertising placement.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve marketing operations and processes.
