About the role

- SOSi is looking for a Senior Network Administrator / Network Operations Deputy to join our dynamic team at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam in Honolulu, Hawaii.
- From LAN/WAN infrastructure to Unified Communications, VoIP, VTC, and cryptographic systems, you'll be at the forefront of enabling real-time C2 strategies for the Department of Defense.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in network administration and enterprise IT service center operations.
- Extended knowledge of networking (switching and routing protocols, installation and configuration) with prior experience using Cisco and Brocade network solutions.
Nice to have
- DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
- Relevant IT Certification (e.g., Cisco, Citrix, Dell, HP, ITIL, Microsoft, Nutanix, Palo Alto, VMware).
- Well-versed in Department of Defense (DoD) protocols, procedures and regulations.
- Prior experience with Forcepoint, Juniper and/or Palo Alto technologies a plus.
- Prior Help Desk/software experience (e.g., Jira, Remedy, ServiceNow).
- Awareness of C2 applications.
- Awareness or experience in ITIL framework and ITIL best practices.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Compensation
- $93,796 to $113,805.
