About the role

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members to join our Relationship Management and Client Service team.
Our primary goal is to provide an exceptional client experience to our clients.
Client engagement and a dedication to quality service is a must for success.

Enhance the client relationship by building deeper and broader relationships within your client base and developing an intimate understanding of your clients' business and objectives.
Manage client and internal expectations while identifying, resolving and/or escalating critical issues.
You will lead the onboarding of new clients and manage key client projects (prioritize projects, identify new projects to be initiated, gather resources, monitor milestones, perform business analysis, document, etc.).
It is critical that you ensure that standardized processes are created and used to manage routine activities.
Assist with helping IMS meet its business objectives by helping ensure client relationships maintain revenue and profitability goals.

The self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of your time What we would like from you: A drive to learn new systems and concepts to ultimately have a broad knowledge of the industry.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years investment management/operational experience (Traditional or Alternative).
Proven project management skills.
