Responsibilities
- Tenant Promotion & Support - coordinate with tenants to retrieve assets and promotional information to support sales and awareness.
- Legal & Compliance Documentation - communicating with tenants and external vendors to prepare Public Area Use Agreements, validate Certificates of Insurance, and consult with our Corporate Legal Department for alignment.
- Event Support - assisting with tenant, Bankers Hall, and Brookfield events, through tasks such as RSVP management, registration, and vendor sourcing.
- Cross-Department Liaison - coordinating with both Bankers Hall Operations, Security, Tenant Services, and Corporate Regional Marketing, to support tenant satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
- equivalent years of experience will be considered.
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva and other emerging technologies.
- Strong copywriting skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Presentation, and Excel
- Experience working in digital platforms, such as Instagram, Sprout Social, Mailchimp, Green Envelope, Docusign, WordPress, and Monday.com
- Experience in an administrative/customer service setting is required.
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems (Moneris) is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Works independently and is self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines

- Exposure to property management is an asset
