About the role

  • Work with POS resellers to ensure proper integration with all platforms
  • Provide demos to prospective merchants to ensure all systems meet the needs of each merchant's business
  • Assist merchants with installations of credit card terminals

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our merchants
  • As we grow and we onboard new merchant partners, it is important for us to expand our Tech Support department along the way.
  • This position supports a wide range of tech support functions such as merchant technical troubleshooting, POS set up and deployments, as well as scheduling and installation!

Requirements

  • Past experience in merchant services - focused on tech or deployment, POS implementation, or technical support is required to be successful in this role
  • 2+ years of experience with different POS systems.
  • Past experience working with CRMs or HelpDesk systems would be an asset.
  • 2+ years of experience with different POS systems. Past experience with Linga, TouchBistro, Revel, and Clover is a massive benefit.
  • Mastery of Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
  • Strong tendency towards adaptability and agility as priorities can quickly change.
  • Unmatched urgency to learn and grow while being the best possible version of your self at work everyday!
