Responsibilities
- Secure high-net-worth clients from various sources including internal client transitions, our channel partners and SAN, your network, referral relationships, and COIs.
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients by providing holistic and sophisticated investment analysis, financial planning, tax strategies, charitable and estate planning, and more.
- Collaborate with internal and external advisors (CPAs, attorneys) to craft holistic, tailored wealth plans.
- Lead and manage review meetings with your clients to ensure the objectives, goals and planning needs are up-to-date and aligned.
- Mentor, coach and develop junior client associates and emerging advisors who support your clients.
- Comprehensive support and resources including our robust investment team, wealth planning, trust and estate, client service, legal and compliance, business development and marketing team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 15+ years of experience in investment management or financial advisory services, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice to have
- CFP or industry designation strongly preferred
- S65 or equivalent required.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Compensation
- A competitive starting base salary of $125,000 - $150,000.
