About the role
- MN Cannabis Services is a fast-growing cannabis company at the ground floor of one of the most exciting emerging industries in Minnesota.
- The District Manager (DM) serves as the senior regional leader for the Southeast Minnesota Region, responsible for the performance, operations, compliance, training execution, and culture across four or more retail dispensary locations.
- This role oversees General Managers at each location, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Directly manages four or more General Managers and provides indirect leadership to their store teams
- Executes plans to drive labor productivity while delivering best-in-class customer service
- reports on key district metrics using data to drive sound business decisions
- Coordinates and implements visual merchandising standards to drive sales and product recognition
- Utilizes conflict resolution to support GMs in handling customer complaints, returns, and escalations
- Administers programs provided by the retail operations team; reports on key district metrics using data to drive sound business decisions

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive retail leadership, including 3+ years of multi-unit management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 200 lbs with assistance), with or without reasonable accommodation
- Minimum 21 years of age

- Annual salary of $100,000 plus bonus
