Requirements
- Prior experience in a Sports Performance setting is required
Nice to have
- Responsible for delivering training sessions to youth, high school and team training clients
- Schedule and weekly hours dependent on facility workflow
- Must be available to work until 9:00pm or until closing and some weekends
- Conduct semi-private and private session according to BPS standards.
- Assist in multiple business and training specific operational functions.
- Attend weekly, monthly and quarterly staff development meetings and workshops.
- Must have or be working toward a nationally accredited training certification
- Must have or be working toward a bachelor's degree
