About the role

  • You will be performing special assignments which will include
  • Start-up and shutdown of production orders on all injection molding machines.
  • Utilize, edit and improve the Master Set-up Process Sheets.

  • Perform mold, insert and color changes.
  • Develop work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

  • New Hires must have 1-year Continuous Service from Polaris Hire Date
  • Must have received a 'Meets Expectation' in the most recent performance review, if applicable.
  • Interview Required
  • If selected for the position, you are required to move into the position upon the effective date.
  • If you are no longer interested in the position, you must withdraw prior to an offer being presented.
  • If unable to accept the position as expected, you will be ineligible for future roles for 1 year from the date of refusal.
  • The Plastic Technician will be required to perform all duties listed in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities section.
  • You must be able to demonstrate your leadership abilities, must be a self starter.
  • You may also be required to assist Technicians on Shift with Mold and Color changes, these directions would be given by the Supervisors.
