About the role

  • Job Description: Technical Service Representative - TPU Huntsman is seeking a Technical Service Representative - TPU supporting the Global Elastomers Division located in Derry, New Hampshire.
  • This position will report to the appropriate Technical Service leadership within the Global Elastomers Business.

Responsibilities

  • This role collaborates closely with Commercial, Technical & Innovation, and Operations teams to optimize product performance, resolve technical challenges, and drive customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the thermoplastics, TPU, or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding, extrusion, and polymer processing techniques.
  • Experience with ASTM test methods, including mechanical testing and melt index analysis.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.

  • Laboratory and field-based work environment.
  • Approximately 25% domestic travel with occasional international travel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs (20 kg) over short distances.
  • Requires compliance with Huntsman safety policies and procedures.
