About the role

- Under minimal to intermediate levels of supervision, Service Technicians are responsible for providing complete solutions to the clients' application needs while representing the company's professional image and reputation.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers/freezers, racks, evaporators, condensers, cases, ice machines, etc.
Requirements
- Technicians are required to perform service repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical component failures, equipment maintenance, and equipment replacements.
- HVACR systems with strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems
- Primary areas of expertise include:
- Knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and microprocessor control systems
- Must be proficient in the use of hand tools
- Must be good with communication both written and verbal
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two year degree from a HVACR technical school or 3 years of experience preferred working on commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers/freezers, racks, evaporators, condensers, cases, ice machines, etc.
- Communication and customer service skills
- Familiar with electronic Work Order systems
- Must be able to work independently and without supervision
- EPA certification
- Valid Texas Driver License
- OSHA 10 to obtained
