Responsibilities
- Maintains consistent quality and efficiency in all assigned work processes.
- Understands and follows documents relevant to responsibilities, e.g., Work Instructions, Checklists, Batch Records, and Logs.
- Maintains accurate production records according to requirements and in compliance with Established Quality System standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Eurofins is one of the market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, advanced material sciences and in the support of clinical studies, as well as having an emerging global presence in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisations.
- The Group also has a rapidly developing presence in highly specialised and molecular clinical diagnostic testing and in-vitro diagnostic products.
Requirements
- Ability to accurately follow detailed written procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and verbal instructions in a regulated laboratory environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while consistently meeting quality, productivity, and turnaround time goals.
- Proven ability to work well with a team with little supervision.
- Microsoft Windows and Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation such as pipettes, balances, centrifuges, thermocyclers, spectrophotometers, plate readers, or automated laboratory systems.
- Ability to lift 35+ pounds.
Nice to have
- Associate degree or coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field preferred.
Compensation
- Hourly: $18.00-$21.50
- There is a 10% differential for this shift, in addition to base pay.
