About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the team and coordinate the proper installation and repair of exterior facade systems.
- Collaborate in the development of project plans with the Project Manager and Field Superintendent.
- Maintain communication with the client's representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on manufacturer specifications and implement them across all relevant projects.
- Tools of the trade: Candidates are expected to provide their own hand tools necessary for completing tasks efficiently.

Requirements
- Construction Supervision Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Construction Supervisor, overseeing job sites and crew activities.
- Specialized Skills: Proven expertise in sheet metal, wall panel installation, or carpentry work.
- Technical Drawing (Blueprint) Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprints), as it facilitates precise execution of each project.

- Candidates must be open to traveling to job sites.
- Personal transportation is required to commute to and from various job sites.
- If I accept an offer of employment, I will be required to submit to a drug screening before I am hired and at the discretion of the company after I am hired.
