Responsibilities
- The PSA II supports delivery of the Jefferson Experience by placing emphasis on the prompt and courteous treatment of all patients and visitors to maintain an efficient flow of patients to examination rooms.
- Maintains efficient flow of practice and escalates patient and/or provider concerns as appropriate.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to communicate courteously with patients and/or visitors.
- Ability to process and interpret data.
- Ability to multi task while managing a time sensitive workload.
