About the role

  • The Investment Banking Analyst will support the origination and execution of advisory and capital markets transactions.
  • The Analyst will conduct financial analysis, prepare client materials, perform industry research, and assist with transaction execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build merger, accretion and dilution, valuation, and regulatory capital analyses.
  • Support due diligence, data room management, and transaction coordination.
  • Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners across M&A and capital markets.
  • Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and approximately one to three years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Prior investment banking or financial institutions experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with bank financial statements, regulatory capital, and financial institutions valuation preferred.
  • Series 79 and Series 63 licenses preferred or obtained after joining.
