- - Manage a crew of 2-3 laborers on a daily basis
- - Manage and complete work such as silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain installation, manhole punch work, bond release items, asphalt patching and crack sealing
Responsibilities
- Manage a crew of 2-3 laborers on a daily basis
- Manage and complete work such as silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain installation, manhole punch work, bond release items, asphalt patching and crack sealing
- Operate mini-excavators and skid steers to perform daily job functions
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- 3 years' construction or landscaping experience
- Experience with Bobcats and/or mini excavator
- Employee must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
- Regularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen.
Nice to have
- Super Silt Fence, Silt fence, seeding, punch work, or under drain experience preferred
- Silt fence or under drain experience preferred
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
