About the role

OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale.
OpenLoop is looking for an entrepreneurial leader to architect and scale our provider-facing channel strategy.
As the Director of Channel Sales & Activation, you will be the driving force behind the launch of our clinical sleep solutions within the dental and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) markets.

Practice Success: Ensure successful activation across our partner practices and build the framework to identify and scale high-potential providers.
Operational Infrastructure: Build the playbooks, deal registration systems, and reporting dashboards that move the channel from a "pilot" phase to a repeatable, high-growth revenue stream.
You're a field enabler who has built the the clinical talk-tracks, training modules, and sales assets to enable our channel partners.
You've designed and implemented workflows that integrate seamlessly into partner tech stacks.
You're a cross-functional superstar who can align teams and ensure the "voice of the partner" is reflected in our product roadmap and collateral.

Proven experience managing direct reports and scaling a field or activation team from the ground up.
