Responsibilities
- Stay Agile & Engaged: This isn't a traditional "behind-the-desk" banking role. You'll be on the move and active throughout the day, moving through the Cafe to connect with the community and support the flow of the guest experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- We ensure you have the tools to be stronger in your role and more effective in how you show up every day.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of banking experience
- 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
