- A Locomotive Mechanic's responsibilities include general mechanical duties including, but not limited to inspecting, servicing, repairing and maintaining diesel locomotives.

- In addition, the company conducts for-cause, post-accident, and random drug & alcohol testing of its employees.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk on uneven surfaces for extended periods of time
- Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs. frequently and push and pull 75 lbs. frequently
- Must be able to carry and lift occasionally 50-90 lbs., push and pull 250 lbs. and grip 100 lbs.
