About the role
- This position assist in ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a positive safety culture, and supporting day-to-day safety operations.
- This role includes assisting with training, audits, documentation, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Our products have been making industrial processes safer and more efficient for over 60 years.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement safety plans/programs in accordance with OSHA Standards.
- Perform employee and written safety program audits.
- Maintain chemical inventory list.
- Manage direct seller and field service PPE kits.
- Manage first aid, hazardous waste, battery recycling and biohazard programs and service providers.
- Maintains insurance compliance within third-party safety sites. (ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.)
Nice to have
- OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Compensation
- Assist with annual fire and severe weather drills
