About the role

  • Join our team at The Road Home Dane County as a Full-Time Housing Case Manager in our PSH Vera program.
  • You'll have the chance to positively impact the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness in Dane County, WI.

Responsibilities

  • We do this by developing long-term relationships with homeless families with children that change lives.
  • We work with families, not only to relieve the immediate crisis of homelessness, but also to build skills, resources and relationships that set the stage for long-term success.

Requirements

  • You must be empathetic, patient, and able to build trusting relationships with families experiencing homelessness.
  • A driving record which would be eligible for organizational insurance is required.
  • The ability to travel throughout Dane County is required.

Skills

  • Spanish speaking applicants are heavily encouraged to apply and will be additionally compensated for your language skills.

Benefits

  • With a competitive starting salary from $48,000, plus a full benefits package, you'll be compensated for your hard work and dedication.
  • You must have and maintain a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile are required.
