About the role

The Manager, Retail Sales reports to the Director, Retail Development and focuses on discovering and advancing opportunities for Hasbro brands across product categories like Toys, Apparel, and more.
In addition to being the Hasbro brand ambassador to the retailer, this role involves working closely with internal teams such as Category, Franchise Strategy, Product Development, and Retail Marketing.

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you'll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play.
The Manager will also engage licensee partners to support and improve product placement at each account.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Category and Creative teams to develop, pitch, award, and launch merchandise programs that increase product placement and achieve yearly revenue targets.
Stays informed about organizational structure changes and buyer developments and shares this information with internal and external partners promptly.
Collaborates with Hasbro Toy and Games sales and marketing teams to assist and grow licensee partner placement at accounts.
Manages and leads each buyer meeting agenda and presentation, regularly offering timely recaps to internal and external associates.
Develops positive connections with licensees' retail account teams to support the sell in of Hasbro brands and IP.
