About the role

  • AMLI Residential is seeking a recent or upcoming graduate for our Analyst opening in our Chicago headquarters.
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Accounting, Development, and Asset Management teams.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for financial and economic analysis to support the Acquisition & Disposition and Asset Management departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently analyze financial and other numerical data, assess trends, variances, and causes, and confidently report findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel required.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new software applications quickly is also required.
  • Minimal travel is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Real Estate/Asset Management and 0 -2 years of experience in economics, finance, or related experience is preferred.

Compensation

  • Assist with financial and market performance reporting to joint venture partners, including quarterly reports and the annual budget package.
