Responsibilities

  • You'll assist in driving workflows, help maintain clear communication across teams, and keep project details organized.
  • Support day-to-day project activities on assigned accounts (timelines, status reports, hot sheets, project routing) with a collaborative mindset
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and learn how to anticipate challenges and contribute to solutions
  • Supports programs totaling $1M-$2M. Upon growth in role, may manage up to $1M-$1.5M with oversight.
  • Note: Up to 50% of time may be spent on administrative support and duties though expectations can vary based on needs to be aligned upon with manager.
  • Support budget tracking and reporting, partnering with seasoned PM team members, Account and Finance to ensure accuracy and profitability.
  • Help navigate workflow challenges by collaborating with team members to maintain operational efficiency and accountability
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to a positive, team-first environment
  • Takes proactive steps to accomplish tasks, meet objectives with managerial support
  • Takes ownership of work, delivers high-quality results, and follows through on commitments

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred
  • 1 plus years of experience in a professional environment, preferred

Skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system
  • Competencies:

  • $40,000 - $60,000 USD
