About the role

TOMRA is an international recycling company is looking to fill the role of a Shift Supervisor in our Farmington, NY location.
Schedule: 12:00 PM- 10:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Minimum of 2 years warehouse, manufacturing or transportation experience.
At least 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work flow.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels with an organization both in person and in writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other business related software systems.
Must have the ability to work with your hands to organize and inspect equipment as well as being able to lift up to 50lbs at a time unassisted.

Associates Degree from an accredited college or technical school (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in Business, Logistics or other related field.

$65,000/yr + Bonus potential
The Shift Supervisor will assist the Operations Manager in maintaining and maximizing driver and plant productivity, complying with federal/state/local safety regulations and monitoring the sites DOT compliance.
In addition, this person will also be called on to do employee and customer training, assist with customer service inquiries and issues.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
Plant & Processing
Ensure SOP's pertaining to unloading, auditing, processing and reconciliation are followed by plant personnel.
