Requirements

  • Clinical experience as a practicing PA, DO, or MD required.
  • A graduate of an accredited master's degree physician assistant program with a current NCCPA certification and eligibility for physician assistant licensure in Georgia, or a graduate of an accredited medical school with current licensure as an allopathic or osteopathic physician in Georgia and certified by an ABMS- or AOA-approved specialty board. Clinical experience as a practicing PA, DO, or MD required. Prior teaching experience and a record of peer-reviewed scholarly activity preferred.
  • Rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
