Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or similar roles
Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.

The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

Scope of Position
The Data Quality Analyst is accountable for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our data assets.
They play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards by identifying issues, implementing data validation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and integrity.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management
This position reports to Master Data Manager, Fluid Solutions.
This role may be remote or hybrid, based in North Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to ensure high-quality datasets
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies
Develop and maintain data quality metrics, rules, and dashboards
Collaborate with functional business groups, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address data issues
