Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data quality, data analysis, or similar roles
- Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

- Scope of Position
- The Data Quality Analyst is accountable for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our data assets.
- They play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards by identifying issues, implementing data validation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and integrity.
- This role partners closely with cross-functional teams-including Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management
- This position reports to Master Data Manager, Fluid Solutions.
- This role may be remote or hybrid, based in North Andover, MA.
- Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to ensure high-quality datasets
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies
- Develop and maintain data quality metrics, rules, and dashboards
- Collaborate with functional business groups, business analysts, and other stakeholders to address data issues
