About the role
- Provide leadership in the areas of information technology, including budget preparations and management, recommendations for technical acquisitions, and development of guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Serves as the Company's Compliance Manager, ensuring the Company operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Assist Director in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee manuals/booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
Requirements
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure required controls and procedures are in place and followed.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned or required.
Nice to have
- Four-year degree, preferably in Human Resources Administration, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of human resources experience.
- 5+ years supervisory experience.
- General understanding of employment law.
- Experience in the management of Information Technology is a plus.
- Experience with compliance activities.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products.
- HR certification is a plus.
