About the role

Provide leadership in the areas of information technology, including budget preparations and management, recommendations for technical acquisitions, and development of guidelines, standards, and procedures.
Serves as the Company's Compliance Manager, ensuring the Company operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
Assist Director in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee manuals/booklets, communications, and/or meetings.

Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and ensure required controls and procedures are in place and followed.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned or required.

Four-year degree, preferably in Human Resources Administration, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of human resources experience.
5+ years supervisory experience.
General understanding of employment law.
Experience in the management of Information Technology is a plus.
Experience with compliance activities.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products.
HR certification is a plus.
