About the role

  • Now, Morpho is scaling its team to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline: map, qualify and activate key accounts (Stripe, Revolut, NuBank, Airbnb, etc.) where Morpho can serve and grow as primary lending infrastructure and get to the decision-makers.
  • Land and ramp: Own the account through go-live and its first months of active loans, then hand it to Growth. Smaller accounts stay with you until they earn a dedicated grower.
  • Strong relationship-building: able to navigate large, complex orgs, find the real decision-makers, and earn their trust.
  • Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z, Paradigm, Ribbit, Apollo, Coinbase and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best borrowing and lending terms onchain.

  • +6y of experience with a track record of closing large integrations or GTM deals, ideally with wallets, exchanges, neobanks, or fintechs.
