About the role

  • Axos Bank Target Range: $18.00/Hr. - $27/Hr.
  • Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and maintains appropriate reports of fraudulent and illegal activities and transactions for clients' bank accounts.

Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination are required while operating standard office equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse, calculator, telephone, copiers, etc.

Nice to have

  • Researches and completes Service Cloud cases within their rotational unit
  • Researches and analyzes clients' bank accounts to detect and prevent possible fraudulent and illegal activities and transactions.
  • Completes daily tasks such as wire processing, stop payments, exception processing, mobile deposit review, etc.
  • Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading

Skills

  • $18.00/Hr. - $27/Hr.

Compensation

  • Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
