About the role
- Our Clinic Operations Manager Nurse is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned clinic site(s), ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient experiences, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinic operations and staff management, including scheduling, performance coaching, and workflow optimization.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct audits, reporting, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skills
- One (1) year of clinical experience (inpatient/outpatient)
- Two (2) years of management experience in a clinic or outpatient environment
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
