We seek Leading Change Training Course Instructor | Leading Change Training [USARC0017017] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
Provide services and support as a Leading Change Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Leading Change Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.
Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

Leading Change professional specialty Requires change leadership expertise, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, resistance management, resilience development, and organizational transformation facilitation.
NACI eligibility required

Communication. ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
Agility. ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together

5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
instructional certifications preferred.
