Responsibilities

  • Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness
  • We seek Leading Change Training Course Instructor | Leading Change Training [USARC0017017] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
  • Provide services and support as a Leading Change Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Leading Change Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.
  • Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • Leading Change professional specialty Requires change leadership expertise, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, resistance management, resilience development, and organizational transformation facilitation.
  • NACI eligibility required
  • Teamwork. ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
  • Communication. ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
  • Agility. ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
  • Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
  • Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together

Nice to have

  • 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • instructional certifications preferred.

  • The Leading Change Training Instructor typically provides 1 Day (8 Hours) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Virtual Engagements serving as a Content

Compensation

  • Pay range begins in the competitive ranges with full Gold Level (Tier 1) Group Medical Benefits, Pretax Employee Benefit Plan, plus performance incentives
