- In the late '60's and early '70's, the company picked up scrap tires and buffings from the local area, ground them up, and manufactured rubber mats.
- These mats were purchased for use in horse and dairy stalls, ice rinks, gyms, and pick-up truck beds.

- Maintain current targets for production
- Maintain 3.5% or less for absenteeism rate
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be able to perform shift-work that rotates throughout the week including weekends (4 shifts on, 2 days off, repeat)
- Must be able to endure physical labour and repetitive tasks
- Must have positive and respectful behaviours
- Must be able to identify opportunities for improvement
- Follows safe work-place procedures and wears mandatory Personal Protective Equipment where required
