About the role

Responsible for completing substantive assignments and projects.
Problems are varied and non-routine, and resolution requires exercising judgment, analysis, advisement, creativity, and understanding broader sets of issues.
May provide assistance to entry level staff.

Performs crisis intervention and conducts intake assessments to design appropriate treatment plans
Completes and maintains accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and participates in case collaboration meetings

In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above.
$59,900 - $70,000

Conducts individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the mental health needs of a diverse student population
Develops and delivers mental health outreach and educational programs to students and campus partners
Provides didactic training to graduate trainees and new therapists in mental health fields
Collaborates with campus stakeholders to enhance mental health services and promote inclusive wellness initiatives
Knowledge of diverse mental health issues and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Skill in delivering educational and outreach programs in a university setting
