- In this role, you will work at the intersection of machine learning, generative AI, product strategy, and user experience turning complex user problems into seamless intelligent automations for financial advisors and their teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the AI product roadmap, driving prioritisation and execution of features that leverage Nevis' intelligence layer.
- Manage a team of world-class engineers, designers and product builders. And be the ultimate owner of the final solution quality and delivery timelines.
- Proven ability to manage engineering teams and navigate ML/Engineering system design decisions trade-offs
Requirements
- Hands on experience with LLMs
- Proven track record of shipping impactful AI-native products, preferable at scale
- Deep empathy for users and a track record of shipping impactful products with great UX
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
- Prior experience in AI startups
- Experience working with product designers and creating product with innovative UX
- Work alongside a high-calibre founding team backed by some of the best investors in the world.
