About the role

  • Job Description What is the Opportunity?
  • The Senior Manager, Cross border Deposit Products is responsible for the suite of deposit products across product strategy, pricing, and profit & loss management.
  • Execute Strategic Roadmaps: Translate vision into actionable plans with defined KPIs, MVPs, A/B testing, segmentation of offers, hypothesis-based validation, and iterative launches, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the suite of deposit products across chequing, CDs, and money market products.
  • Proactively identifies and prioritizes product innovation opportunities, portfolio monitoring activities, and pricing opportunities to drive growth of the portfolio.
  • Lead RBC Bank Deposits Portfolio Management:
  • Design Client-Centric Strategies:
  • Deeply understand client pain points, competitive landscapes, and market trends to create differentiated value propositions that drive portfolio growth and satisfaction.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Digital, Assisted Channels, Operations, Risk, Digital, Marketing, and Technology teams to align on shared goals and optimize experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
