About the role

Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as provided by State of Virginia licensure/practice standards and Federal regulations.
Communication commonly occurs with persons who have similar or different functions inside or outside the organization.
May provide problem-solving, consultation, advising or interpretation services to others.

Life Support: AHA BLS-certified (from a Carilion approved program) within six months of employment.
Supervises PTAs and collaborates with other therapy staff, support staff, volunteers and students to achieve efficient clinical activity and quality patient care.

Bachelor's degree as Physical Therapist and 5 years of experience, OR Master's or Doctorate degree required.
Effective interpersonal, communication, customer service and teamwork skills required.

$39.00 - $62.40 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
