About the role
- This role is responsible for managing case files, coordinating court filings, supporting discovery and trial preparation, and ensuring all litigation deadlines are met accurately and efficiently.
- Legal Research - Conduct basic legal research and assist with summarizing relevant case law, statutes, regulations, and court rules. - Gather supporting information and documentation for motions and legal arguments.

Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation support, legal assistant, litigation administrator, or related legal experience required.
- Experience with state and federal court filing systems.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, document management systems, and legal software platforms.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys and cases.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting litigation attorneys in a law firm environment.
- Trial preparation experience.
