About the role
- As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- The weekend shift position works full time from 9AM-5PM and includes 2 consecutive days off, during the week.
- An example schedule for the weekend shift is below:
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- A 10-panel drug screen (including marijuana) and pre-employment background check are required.
