  • As a Training & Development Leader at Hitachi Energy, you will shape how factory teams build skills, engage with their work, and contribute to operational excellence.
  • Working closely with factory leadership, operations, HR, and support functions, you will influence how employees learn, develop, and succeed from day one.
  • How you'll make an impact Design, lead, and continuously improve training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Your background Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience designing, delivering, and managing training programs.
  • Hands‑on experience with lean management systems.
