- Design, lead, and continuously improve training and development programs.
- Drive accountability for training participation and capability development.
- As a Training & Development Leader at Hitachi Energy, you will shape how factory teams build skills, engage with their work, and contribute to operational excellence.
- Working closely with factory leadership, operations, HR, and support functions, you will influence how employees learn, develop, and succeed from day one.
- How you'll make an impact Design, lead, and continuously improve training and development programs.
Requirements
- Your background Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience designing, delivering, and managing training programs.
- Hands‑on experience with lean management systems.
