About the role

- You'll work on high-impact, technically challenging problems alongside a team that values teamwork over competition.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product leaders, engineering, and design teams to coordinate product requirements, specifications, and delivery expectations.
- Draft and manage Product Requirements Documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related product artifacts.
- Prioritize and maintain the execution team's backlog.
- Support sprint and iteration planning to ensure technical output aligns with strategic priorities and the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain customer delivery timelines, implementation roadmaps, and dependency plans.
- Create deployment documentation, lead deployment briefs, and ensure Definition of Done and deployment standards are met.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using tools such as Jira Roadmaps, Gantt charts, or similar planning methods.
- Partner with business owners and technical leaders to develop roadmaps and project plans.
- Ability to manage complex workstreams, competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Develop a strong understanding of the CIO organization, Agile practices, technical teams, delivery processes, and available company resources.
- Demonstrate proficiency across both the Product and Delivery tracks.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- High degree of personal accountability and sound decision-making.
Skills
