About the role
- This includes producing compelling RFQ/P responses, interview materials, pursuit collateral, GMP packages, coaching teams and award submissions.
- Working closely with operations, preconstruction, and leadership, you'll gather information that strengthens each pursuit.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with in-house graphics, content, and photography/videography professionals.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with acute attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally, manage timelines, and adapt to new tools and processes.

Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in A/E/C industry proposal‑process leadership, general contracting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
