- This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across AMER
- Build and implement programs that help scale our Solutions Consultants and drive greater impact for our customers
- Monitor team performance and support them in exceeding their goals
- Proven ability to design and implement strategic programs that drive impact across teams, while also acting as a hands-on problem solver who coaches effectively but can also jump in as a player when needed
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support
Requirements
- Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.
- 3+ years of experience as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers, with direct accountability for team performance, coaching, and feedback
Compensation
- $185,600 - $316,800 USD
- Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
- Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations.
- Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
