Requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
- Experience in administration and provisioning of user accounts and devices via Entra ID / Active Directory and Mobile Device Management software
- In depth knowledge of troubleshooting common workplace communication tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Atlassian products like Confluence and Jira
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and ALM software like PLEX, Polarion, 3DX, and Solidworks
- Ability to troubleshoot or diagnose basic network issues
- Experience with installing and supporting audio video equipment
- Exposure to working with MDM software for iOS / MacOS and Android
- Foundational understanding of common scripting in Powershell
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Off-hours work is sometimes required to perform off-hours system maintenance
- Occasional travel may be required for on-site support and system installations
Skills
- Utilize an electronic ticketing system for opening, closing, escalating, and tracking requests and activities across the business
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues, delivering exceptional service to our users
- Plan and conduct new hire training related to the use of hardware and productivity software
