  • Key Accountabilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery across analysis, design, build, test, release, and support.
  • Manage and develop engineering teams, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Drive agile execution, release planning, dependency management, and delivery risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Product, Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Platform teams to deliver integrated digital banking solutions.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across the SDLC to improve developer productivity, quality, and speed.

  • Solutions Pay Details:
