Responsibilities

- Plan/track milestones, manage risks, and drive cross-functional execution from design-in to volume.
- Capture requirements, discuss trade-offs, ensure spec compliance, and support architecture decisions.
- Triage, stabilize, and optimize performance at data centers and customer facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics or related field.
- 3 to 5 years in thermal/fluid systems (data-center cooling, HVAC/CRAC/CDU, server OEM).
- Hands-on experience with pumps/valves/filters/sensors, coolant chemistries (water-
- Strong knowledge of liquid cooling (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps, QDs) and
- Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast, dynamic environments and full of team spirit.
