- Include: Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client's needs and responding appropriately to those needs.
- Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.
Responsibilities

- Documents actions and client response to care provided.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or College Degree Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
Nice to have
- CMT License, First Aid/CPR, COVID Vaccine Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.
