About the role
- As the IT Integrations Architect, you will play a key role in connecting enterprise systems that enable data-driven decision-making across Finance, Human Resources, and other core functions.

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise integration architecture with a strong emphasis on Workday.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align integration strategy with organizational goals.
- Lead integration efforts across Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers and vendors to implement integration solutions.
- Provide hands-on guidance in building, testing, and deploying integrations.
- Manage versioning, monitoring, and alerting strategies for integrations.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Security, and external partners.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture or development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
- Knowledge/Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Experience designing scalable, secure integration solutions in cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of HRIS and/or Financial systems integration.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) and data security best practices.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integrations.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to operate with little supervision in fast paced and complex environments.
Compensation
- $104,540.80 - $125,448.96 - $146,357.12/salary This compensation range represents the minimum, midpoint and maximum pay for this position.
- Please note that most offers for new employees fall under the midpoint of the range, allowing room for continued salary growth.
- Base pay is just one component of our total compensation package, which may also include comprehensive benefits, generous paid time off and incentive compensation (bonus) potential.
