About the role

  • Finance Manager, this role plays a key hands-on role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis within a fast-moving CPG environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer-specific forecasts incorporating trade spend, pricing, commodity costs, and consumer demand trends
  • Develop KPI dashboards and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making
  • Build financial models for new product launches, pricing analysis, profitability analysis, and ad hoc business cases
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate business initiatives and performance drivers
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support executive-level presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP principles, and CPG financial metrics including gross margin, trade spend, and category profitability
  • The role requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into clear business recommendations.
  • Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, comfort working with large datasets, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Skills

  • Improve reporting processes and data analytics capabilities through existing platforms and AI-enabled tools
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros
