- Data Integration Technical Analyst Chatham University welcomes applications for the position of Data Integration Technical Analyst in our Information Technology department.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data validation rules, quality checks, and reconciliation processes across Workday and connected enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with campus stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop predictive analytics dashboards for institutional insights.
- Build and maintain integrations between SIS, CRM, LMS, and auxiliary systems.
- Develop and monitor ETL processes and automate data workflows.
- Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Support Workday biannual releases, including impact analysis, regression testing, and updates to integrations.
- Maintain and enhance integration documentation, data mappings, and technical specifications.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex Workday issues and integration-related incidents.

- The Data Integration Technical Analyst plays a key role in supporting Chatham's Workday implementation and transformation of administrative processes by developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in IT, systems integration, ERP systems, or related IT roles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages - SQL, PowerShell, Python, etc.
- Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, or similar data formats.
- Experience with middleware platforms.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Post-secondary degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. A bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB).
- Experience with HR, Finance, or Student Information Systems.

Compensation
- $83,900 - 95,000 annually. 40-hour work week.
